It's so important to listen to our bodies and show up how we can each day. There are times when we physically can't make it to a class or crave the guidance of a studio class but have the energy for a home practice. This mid-week class supports a reflective check-in to deepen the conversation with your yoga practice as medicine. This class is designed to burn away excess energy and cultivate your calm center. AKA, I hope to kick your ass with some Vinyasa flow and then put you to sleep with some inward yin.
